PageTurner gives you access to a range of intelligent and user friendly features. Read more about each of them below.

The greatest advantage with PageTurner is the automated convertion process.

You upload a PDF document and get the Flash version right back. No manual actions required, just "PDF-2-Flash". If you wish to configure or adjust your document, you can do it yourself using the web interface.

PageTurner lets you define zones on the pages of the document.

These zones become clickable areas which link to external web adresses. You can link a product image to that product's order page in your webshop, or link an ad to a campaign or advertiser site.

Zones can also function as links to another page within the document. This allows you to easily build interactive tables of content, among other things.

PageTurner makes your document searchable - automatically.

By entering a searchphrase, the user can immediately get a list of all pages matches by the search.

Upon convertion, the text in the original document is automatically extracted and used for this feature. If you wish to edit or add to the text, you can do so at any time using the web interface.

When you have converted your document, you can download all the files required to publish it at any time. You can upload them to your own web server, and use them as part of your own webpage.

When you publish, an HTML version of the document will also be created. This version has no page-flip animation, and lacks many of the other features as well, but it presents the pages as spreads and lets the user browse the document by clicking the pages.

Through the HTML version, the document will be made available to non-Flash users.

Many Flash based pages suffers from the drawback of not being indexed by search engines, preventing them from appearing in search engine results. This is because the search engines primarily register HTML code.

PageTurner documents are not affected by this limitation, since an HTML version of the document is generated upon publishing. The textual content of the document is embedded as HTML tags, easily readable to search engine algorithms.

When you publish a document, the default PageTurner template is usually used.
